We are proud to be a veteran owned and operated local construction contracting business in North Central Kansas. We value our professionalism, as well as individual education, and believe that putting our training and past experiences together makes us a stronger, more effective team. Zach McDaniel
Zach served ten years in the United States Army beginning Aug of 2010 as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician. He is extremely detail oriented and enjoys challenging jobs. Zach’s hobbies include fine woodworking, hunting and dirt bikes.
Kim
Kim is a native of New Hampshire and served over sixteen years in the U.S Army as an Allied Trades Technician. During her years of service , she attended Trident University with a concentration in accounting. She has over four years of customer service experience and enjoys learning new skills
Dallas
I grew up in a small town in western Kansas. My love for construction blossomed from roofing houses for my high school basketball coach. I went to trade school for construction after high school and have been in the remodeling industry ever since. I strive to become a friend of every client I cross paths with and to provide them with a job well done.
Derek
Derek grew up in Stilwell, KS and served in the U.S. Army from 2004-2013 as a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic. Upon leaving the Army, he decided to turn his passion for working on his own home into a career. He has experience in all facets of residential construction and remodeling, bringing precision to every project. He’s lived and worked in the Junction City area since 2007. When not working, you’ll find him enjoying time with his wife of 16 years and his three kids.
Austin
Austin entered the Army in 2001 and retired after serving 20 years as an Explosive Ordnance Technician. He entered the trades immediately after exiting the Army and enjoys problem solving and working with his hands. Austin has an affinity for learning new skills and providing the best customer service possible.
Keith
I am a Northeast KS native, growing up in the Marysville area. I have been doing construction for 15 years upon obtaining a degree from MATC. Attention to detail and positive client experience are what continuously drive me. Outside of work, you can find me doing many different sports activities.
Cody
Cody Enlisted in the US Army as a Military police officer in 2011 and served 5 years at Fort Riley. After Cody went to Manhattan Area Technical College and received a certificate for welding. Cody is currently enrolled at University of Phoenix for a Masters in Business Administration. He is ready to learn all he can and strives to turn customers dreams into reality.
Andrew
Andrew graduated from Kansas State University with a BS in Animal Science. He spent 10 years in the food manufacturing industry and decided to pursue his passion for remodeling and woodworking. He enjoys spending time with family outdoors on the farm and playing golf.

Erin
I was around many tradesmen growing up. My late grandfather owned a plumbing business, so started helping at a young age. I first swung a hammer at the age of 3 and I was hooked from then on. In high school, I started my journey in the construction industry and went to college for construction. I spent 6 years in the United States Army as a construction equipment mechanic. I joined RHC in January of 2023 and have every intention of retiring from the company due to the professional and family oriented atmosphere.
Gabe
I am a lifetime native of Dickinson County, Kansas. I have a passion for the outdoors and working with my hands. As a taxidermist in my free time, I have found that attention to detail is one of my skill sets that lends itself positively to carpentry and remodeling. I feel as though I've found my niche in this career field. I look forward to learning all I can and improving my skills with RHC.
Damon
Damon is originally from Iowa and has been working in the construction industry since 2001. His career started in California where he worked on commercial and county projects. In 2006 he obtained his General Contractor B license and focused mostly on interior residential remodeling. Damon joined the US Army Reserves in 2013 and is currently still serving. He has deployed twice overseas with his most recent deployment ending in June of 2023. He is a goal oriented and ambitious teamplayer. When Damon is not working, you can find him relaxing at home with his dog Romulus and cat Reemus.
Easton
I am originally from western Kansas in the small town of Ness City. I have been in the construction industry since high school, where I grew a passion for it. I attended college at Fort Hays State University, where I graduated with a bachelor’s in Construction Management. What I strive for in working for RHC is to satisfy each customer with a finished product that they will enjoy.
Chris
I’ve done carpentry for over a year and I’ve enjoyed it ever since my first swing of a hammer. I’m currently in the army reserves and enlisted in August 2019 as a carpentry and masonry specialist and still serving!

In general, we travel an hour away from Junction City, which includes Manhattan, Chapman, Riley, Abilene, and Milford. If you are further away and would like to hire RHC, give us a call to discuss project details.
Yes, RHC is licensed in the state of Kansas as a General Contractor and as a Roofing Contractor. We maintain a general liability policy in accordance with state requirements.
