Our Story

From a side gig to a full crew.

Rolling Hills Construction started in 2015 as a side gig after the founders served together in Explosive Ordnance Disposal at Fort Riley. What began with fences and small projects under the name 2 Guys Construction became Rolling Hills Construction in 2017. Since then, the company has grown into a full-service general contractor serving Junction City, Manhattan, and communities across North Central Kansas.

That EOD background still shapes how we work today: gather the facts, plan carefully, solve problems, and execute with discipline. Construction rarely has just one answer, so we focus on finding the right solution for the project, the budget, and the outcome our clients want.
