Privacy Policy

When you fill out the contact form, you give us your name, address, phone number, email address, a description of your project, and how you heard about us. We use that information to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and manage your project if you hire us. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your request.

The contact form is provided by Buildertrend, the project management platform we run our business on. What you submit is stored in our Buildertrend account and is subject to Buildertrend's own privacy policy. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms of service.

If you call, email, or text us, we keep that correspondence so we can follow up on your project.

With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use it: which pages are viewed, how long visits last, what kind of device and browser is used, and the general region a visit comes from. This is aggregate information about site traffic. We do not use it to identify you.

With the same consent, the site uses Microsoft Clarity to record how pages are used: scrolling, clicks, and where visitors stop. Clarity masks the text you type into forms before anything leaves your browser. Like Google Analytics, it stays off until you accept the cookie banner.

Analytics cookies are not set until you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, Google's tools run in a consent-denied mode that sets no cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser so the banner does not ask again on every visit, and the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer lets you change it at any time.

The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, time of request, page requested, browser type) for security and performance. Those logs are handled under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for other companies' marketing. Information is shared only with the service providers named above (Buildertrend, Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare) as needed to run the site and respond to you, with subcontractors and suppliers as needed to perform work you have hired us for, and when the law requires it.

This site links to our Facebook and Instagram pages and may link to other businesses. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

You can decline or withdraw analytics consent at any time through the footer link. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. We will respond to a reasonable request within thirty days, subject to any records we are required to keep for contracts, warranties, or tax purposes.

This site is for adults planning construction work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change how the site collects or uses information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
