Terms of Service

Last updated September 18, 2026

These terms cover your use of rhcks.com, the website of Rolling Hills Construction. By using the site you agree to them. They do not replace the written contract you sign with us for construction work; where the two differ, the contract governs the work.

What the site is for

The site describes our services, shows examples of our work, and lets you ask us about a project. It is not an offer to perform work. Any estimate, price, or schedule becomes binding only when both of us sign a written agreement.

Content and ownership

The text, photographs, videos, and logos on this site belong to Rolling Hills Construction or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, republish, or use our photographs or branding for a commercial purpose without our written consent.

Photographs show projects we have built for our clients. Details of a finished project may differ from what is shown as work was tailored to that client's home and budget.

Your submissions

When you send us information through the contact form, you confirm it is accurate and that you are authorized to request work on the property described. We use what you send us as described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty on the site

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. We do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and information on it may change without notice. Warranties on construction work are set out in your written contract, not on this site.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Rolling Hills Construction is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Kansas law, and nothing here affects the rights you have under a signed construction contract.

Other sites

Links to other websites, including our social media pages and the Buildertrend form, are provided for convenience. Those sites are operated by others and have their own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the courts of Geary County, Kansas.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
